The Role
- Identify, target, and win new clients across autonomy, perception, robotics, sensor fusion, and deep-tech markets.
- Build long-term relationships with technical decision-makers: CTOs, Heads of Autonomy, Perception Leads, and R&D Directors.
- Expand existing Attis accounts into new engineering teams, programs, and product lines.
- Drive proactive talent sourcing.
- Deliver full 360 cycles: client acquisition, search strategy, delivery, negotiation, and account expansion.
- Feed real-time market intelligence into BD strategy and vertical development.
- Become a recognised specialist in one of the most talent-scarce markets in deep tech.
Requirements
- 2–4+ years in agency recruitment with strong 360 experience.
- Evidence of winning new business and scaling accounts.
- Confidence operating in technical, engineering-heavy, or deep-tech markets.
- Strong sourcing capability and market-mapping skills.
- Excellent communication, prioritisation, and relationship-building.
- Ambition to own and grow a specialist vertical.
