The Role
A technical, hands‑on delivery position where you will:
- Write high‑impact, targeted adverts for niche engineering, autonomy, defence, and space tech roles.
- Run proactive sourcing across LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, market maps, specialist technical communities, and internal tools.
- Identify rare talent across engineering, R&D, robotics, AI/ML, mission operations, and technical leadership.
- Conduct deep‑dive candidate qualification covering technical capability, motivations, salary fit, and culture match.
- Present accurate, insight‑driven shortlists to internal account managers.
- Manage pipelines end‑to‑end: scheduling, feedback loops, candidate experience, and delivery quality.
- Partner tightly with senior consultants to support high‑value US accounts and feed real‑time market intel into search strategy.
The Essential Requirements
- 1–3+ years in agency recruitment (delivery, sourcing, candidate management, or 180).
- Proven experience running searches in niche or hard‑to‑fill markets.
- Strong sourcing capability: Boolean logic, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping.
- Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and communication.
