We’re looking for a Senior Visual Designer who cares deeply about crafting elegant, intuitive experiences — and wants to help reinvent how millions of people work.
What you\’ll do
- Lead design execution on complex marketing campaigns and high-visibility projects
- Partner with Marketing to develop creative solutions that meet business goals
- Evolve and extend existing brand elements to solve new design challenges
- Provide direction and feedback to internal and external creative talent
- Collaborate with Creative Director to implement brand vision
What you\’ll bring
- 5-7 years of professional design experience
- Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Advanced understanding of typography, composition, and motion design
- Ability to develop creative concepts independently
- Strong eye for detail and consistency across projects
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Understanding of marketing strategy and business objectives
- Experience working with a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience designing for B2B or tech companies
- Experience leading significant marketing design initiatives
- History of successful cross-functional collaboration
