  • What You’ll Do
  • Help scale Attio's Expert Program, growing a thriving ecosystem of consultants, agencies, and independent operators who help customers successfully adopt Attio.
  • Recruit, onboard, and enable new partners, creating playbooks, training, and resources that help them become successful quickly.
  • Build lasting relationships with top partners, helping them grow their businesses while making Attio their CRM of choice.
  • Design programs that incentivize partner engagement, referrals, implementations, and long-term customer success.
  • Work closely with Sales to identify partnership opportunities that accelerate customer acquisition and expansion.
  • Partner with Marketing to create co-marketing campaigns, customer stories, webinars, events, and educational content.
  • Collaborate with Product to ensure partners have early access, clear documentation, and a feedback loop into the product roadmap.
  • Identify and launch new partnership motions — including channel partnerships, referral programs, etc.
  • Define the systems, metrics, and operating cadence that allow partnerships to scale as Attio grows.
  • Measure the impact of partnerships across pipeline, customer acquisition, implementation quality, product adoption, and expansion.

About You

  • You have 5+ years of experience in partnerships, channel, success, solutions, or similar roles — ideally in a B2B Saa S environment.
  • You’ve built or contributed to SI, channel, expert or service partner programs from the ground up or helped scale one at a high-growth company.
  • You’re equal parts strategic thinker and scrappy operator — comfortable with ambiguity and excited to build.
  • You think commercially. You understand what motivates partners and know how to create programs that align incentives for everyone involved.
  • You’re a strong communicator and relationship builder, able to manage multiple external partners while aligning internal stakeholders.
  • You’re process-oriented but not rigid — you know how to design systems that evolve with the business.
  • You’re energized by helping others succeed — both customers and partners.
  • Most importantly, you're excited about helping build the ecosystem around one of the fastest-growing CRM companies in the world.

  • You’ve worked on CRM, Rev Ops, or implementation services in the past.
  • You have experience working with international or vertical-specific partners.
  • You’ve helped launch partner portals, certifications, or marketplaces.
