Attio is the CRM built for the AI era. Designed for the most ambitious go-to-market teams, it gives companies the power to understand every customer, automate at scale, and build their go-to-market motion exactly as they need. We've raised $116M from some of the world's best investors: GV (Google Ventures), Redpoint, Balderton, Point Nine, and 01A.
We hire builders who thrive on complex technical challenges, hold themselves to a high bar, and genuinely care about delighting the people who use what they build. The team here brings sharp judgement, real craft, and the drive to do exceptional work. We're obsessed about the details and energized by the frontier.
If you want to do the best work of your career, this is the right place.
The program
Our Graduate Startup Program is built for ambitious graduates who want to launch their careers with ownership from day one. Each year we take on a handful of graduates and give every one of them an irresponsible amount of responsibility, with the support to run with it. Now in its fourth year, the program is a deliberate part of how we hire and grow talent at Attio. There is no playbook for redefining a software category, so we look for first-principles problem solvers: high-energy, curious and high-agency. Everyone we take on is a builder, whatever their degree or background.
The program runs for six months, after which successful graduates move into a full-time role. From day one you are paired with a Sponsor who mentors you, backs your development and provides direct feedback, daily in the first few weeks. You will work with AI at the centre of how you operate, close to leaders across the business, at a company serving 30,000 customers in 130 countries and growing fast.
The experience
- Take on projects from week one and own the outcome, working across our Experts program, customer success or revenue operations.
- Get close to customers and the front line, then turn what you learn into sharper process.
- Use AI to research accounts, clear the busywork, and give the team ground they could not cover alone.
- Dig into pipeline and revenue data to find what is working, then double down fast.
- Help build the systems that help the GTM team move faster.
- Sit alongside GTM leaders and see how a modern revenue engine runs.
What you'll bring
- A builder's mindset: when you see a manual or broken process, you fix it.
- Excellent verbal communication - confident, professional and personable, as you may be working directly with customers in this role.
- Comfort with AI tooling, using it daily to move faster, and excited by how far it can go.
- Excitement for breadth and change, happy to turn your hand to whatever the business needs, and energised when no two weeks look the same.
- An interest in how great products find and keep their customers, and comfort with data and CRM tooling, or the appetite to get there fast.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with curiosity and an eagerness to challenge assumptions.
Note: We welcome individuals from all backgrounds to apply. Even if you're unsure whether you meet all the role requirements, we would still love to hear from you.
What we offer
- Competitive salary of £40,000.
- Equity in an early-stage tech company on an incredible trajectory.
