We are now hiring a Graphic Designer & UI Designer to help shape how Attimo and its products are visually presented across brand, marketing, web, and product touchpoints.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Graphic Designer & UI Designer to take ownership of Attimo’s visual brand presence and support the development of high-quality digital experiences. This role combines graphic design, brand development, marketing design, and UI design. You will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and collaborate with product and leadership teams to create clear, consistent, and commercially effective design assets. You will help define Attimo’s design language across brand guidelines, marketing campaigns, websites, landing pages, product pages, presentations, and customer-facing digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and improve Attimo’s visual identity across brand, marketing, and digital channels.
- Create and manage brand books, brand guidelines, and visual systems to ensure consistent brand communication.
- Design marketing materials for digital campaigns, social media, presentations, email marketing, product launches, and promotional content.
- Create visual assets for websites, landing pages, product pages, campaign pages, and growth initiatives.
- Design and improve website interfaces, responsive layouts, and customer-facing digital experiences.
- Support the creation of new websites or web pages for products, platform features, and campaign-specific initiatives.
- Translate AI product concepts and technical workflows into clear, engaging, and visually compelling design solutions.
- Build and maintain a scalable Figma component library to support design consistency and design-to-code efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align design work with business goals.
- Ensure visual consistency across customer touchpoints, including web, product, sales, marketing, and presentation materials.
- Support the development of conversion-focused design assets for product marketing and growth campaigns.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in graphic design, visual design, branding, and UI design.
- A strong portfolio showing branding, marketing design, website design, and digital product design work.
- Experience creating brand guidelines, visual systems, and marketing assets from the ground up.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour systems, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Experience designing websites, landing pages, product pages, and responsive digital experiences.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Ability to work independently in a startup environment with changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain design decisions clearly.
- Ability to simplify complex product concepts and technical workflows into intuitive visual journeys.
- A structured approach to file organisation, design systems, and design handoff.

- Experience designing for SaaS, AI, technology, or B2B software companies.
- Experience with motion design, lightweight animation, or short-form visual content.
