About you:
- 5-7 years experience approaching marketing as a craft. Agency or in-house background both welcome.
- Exceptional copywriter with an eye for craft and detail.
- Strategic thinker connecting work to business outcomes.
- Quality focussed—would rather ship one exceptional piece than ten mediocre ones.
- Collaborative maker who thrives in teams but works autonomously.
- People-oriented communicator who adapts to change.
Must have:
- Short portfolio of work shipped to real customers (landing pages, social, campaigns, etc.) – only need to see a few examples.
- Agency background.
- Legal/professional services knowledge.
- SaaS experience.
What we offer:
- £60-80k (based on experience).
- Flexible hours (outcomes > hours).
- New MacBook + £1,200 home office budget.
- 5 weeks leave + birthday off.
- Generous parental leave.
- New Shoreditch office (3 days/week minimum).
The marketing team at Atticus are building something different, and actively pushing back on conventional B2B playbooks. It’s about quality over quantity, making over talking, and challenging what a B2B is supposed to do when it comes to marketing. You will be joining us at an inflection point, transitioning from small Australian startup to global product company. We’re launching a new digital infrastructure, evolving our brand around the idea of 'mastery', and building marketing processes that let us ship quality quickly while building genuine audience connections.
Applications must include a portfolio or examples of your work. We want to see what you’ve made and shipped to real customers. 2–3 examples is all that’s required. Applications without at least 2 examples will not be considered. If you’re a maker who’s excited about creating exceptional work that drives real business results, we’d love to hear from you.
