In-office/hybrid in London, United Kingdom. Atticus is seeking a Brand Designer to elevate the Atticus visual brand as a global leader in legal tech. You’ll be working directly with our UK marketing and growth teams, and will collaborate with our senior brand designer and global brand team in Melbourne, Australia. You’ll own the visual execution of our brand across digital touchpoints (and some physical) in the UK and ensure our brand presence is cohesive, compelling, and world-class, delivering on the brand vision set by the global brand team.

What you’ll do

  • Drive brand execution – Bring our brand to life across multiple digital and physical touchpoints with exceptional attention to detail and quality.
  • Create impactful marketing and sales materials – Design assets that help our growing sales teams succeed in the UK and new markets.
  • Collaborate across departments – Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure the brand thrives throughout the customer journey.
  • Shape the future – Contribute strategic ideas that help evolve our brand as we expand globally.

About you

  • 3+ years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing digital brand work.
  • Exceptional visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, layout, and digital and print design.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and related design tools, with InDesign experience preferred for print projects.
  • Experience designing for digital products and marketing contexts.
  • Ability to design printed materials for events and campaigns, including booklets, flyers, banners, and exhibition booths (including an understanding of the print production process, correct file setup, and working directly with printers).
  • A creative problem solver who thrives with ambiguity and enjoys exploring multiple solutions.
  • Someone who welcomes constructive feedback and isn't afraid to challenge the status quo.
  • Excellent communicator who can articulate design decisions clearly.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working as the single designer within the UK marketing team (but part of a team of designers globally).
