We're looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the store. You'll play a key role in driving sales, leading the team, and ensuring customers receive a consistently high standard of service. You'll also step up as the senior point of contact when the Store Manager is absent.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, occupancy goals and other KPIs
  • Coach and develop the team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Recruit, train, schedule and supervise sales associates
  • Monitor store performance and implement improvement plans where needed
  • Ensure the store is run safely, compliantly and in line with company procedures
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience at Assistant Store Manager level, or equivalent experience in sales or customer service with a big advantage given to industry experience
  • Telesales experience is desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to take ownership
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must live within a 30‑minute commute of the store
