We have a brilliant 3-month contract opportunity for an experienced Talent Resourcer with a background in hospitality and recruitment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone immediately available who is looking for a role through to the end of November, working alongside a friendly and supportive team within a company with an impressive luxury hospitality portfolio.
You'll be supporting the recruitment of a wide range of roles across the business during a particularly busy period. The role will involve screening CVs, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews and conducting interviews, so we're looking for someone experienced in high-volume recruitment who can hit the ground running.
We're looking for someone with previous recruitment experience, ideally within hospitality, who is comfortable working at pace and managing multiple vacancies at once. Industry knowledge is key, so we'd be particularly interested in hearing from candidates who have experience recruiting within restaurants or hotels. Equally, if you've previously worked as a Restaurant Manager or in a senior hospitality position and have been heavily involved in recruitment and hiring, this could be a great opportunity to use that industry knowledge in a dedicated resourcing role.
This role is fully office based, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. £30,000-£33,000 pro rata for the 3-month contract, depending on experience.
