We are looking for an experienced, highly organised and discreet PA to support a UHNWI within the arts, based in Central London. This is a fully office-based role supporting a busy and dynamic principal with an incredibly fast-paced and ever-changing schedule.
The successful candidate will have 5–10+ years’ experience supporting at senior executive or UHNWI level and will be confident managing complex diaries, extensive scheduling and intricate travel logistics. The principal travels frequently across Europe, so experience coordinating detailed itineraries, private travel arrangements and handling last-minute changes with ease is essential.
This role would suit someone who is naturally proactive, calm under pressure and always thinking a few steps ahead. A fluent French speaker would be a strong advantage, alongside someone who is highly tech-savvy and confident using AI tools, Outlook and Mac systems.
The ideal candidate will be polished, resourceful and highly professional, with a positive, hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a demanding but exciting environment. This is a permanent role and salary depends on experience.
