Job Description

We’re working with the Founder of a respected architecture studio who is looking for a top notch Personal Assistant to work closely with them across the core business and a number of exciting creative and entrepreneurial projects.

This is a hands-on, fast-moving role for someone who genuinely enjoys being at the center of things. The Founder has a busy, ever-changing diary and multiple ideas on the go, so you’ll be someone who stays calm, thinks ahead, and enjoys helping bring order to creative chaos. You’ll be trusted, relied upon, and very much part of the journey.

You’ll act as a true right hand, making sure days run smoothly and nothing falls through the cracks. This will include:

  • Managing a busy and complex diary, prioritising time and meetings
  • \\n\\t

  • Organising travel and meeting arrangements from start to finish
  • \\n\\t

  • Being a key point of contact for clients, collaborators and internal teams
  • \\n\\t

  • Supporting across multiple projects and keeping things moving
  • \\n\\t

  • Spotting issues before they become problems and handling them proactively

If you’ve got project management experience, that’s a real plus but it’s not essential. What matters more is that you’re organised, adaptable and confident taking ownership.

You’ll have experience supporting a Founder or entrepreneur and be comfortable operating at a senior level. You’re a natural people person with gravitas, able to hold your own while building warm, professional relationships.
