We're looking for an organised, proactive and highly trustworthy Personal Assistant to support the Owner & Managing Director of a specialist stage lighting and sound installation company working with schools, theatres, performance venues and community spaces across London and the South East.
This is a varied role where you'll become the Owner's trusted right-hand person, managing a busy schedule while supporting both business operations and occasional personal administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Complex diary, travel and meeting management
- Coordinating schedules and improving day-to-day efficiency
- Preparing correspondence, documents and invoices
- Managing budgets, expenses and insurance renewals
- Organising gifts, reminders and general administration
- Providing occasional personal support and assisting with family administration
- Looking after the owner's dogs during meetings when required
About You
You'll be an experienced PA or Executive Assistant with
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High levels of discretion, professionalism and integrity
- Confidence working independently and using your initiative
- A positive attitude and good sense of humour
- A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
- Comfort around dogs and willingness to obtain an Enhanced DBS check
This is a full-time position, with a mix of office and home working.
