This is a senior, high-profile position with significant visibility across the organisation, working closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders globally.

The Role

  • Provide leadership across global Business Administration, Facilities and Workplace Operations.
  • Lead and develop teams across international offices.
  • Oversee suppliers, contractors, landlords, budgets and commercial relationships
  • Drive high standards across workplace experience, service delivery, security and facilities.
  • Lead office projects, relocations, fit-outs and workplace improvements.
  • Ensure appropriate standards across Health & Safety, security, compliance and business continuity.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and cost effectiveness.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership on workplace strategy and key business initiatives.
