We are looking for a proactive, project focused Executive Assistant to join a leading global executive search firm based in Mayfair. This individual will be a seasoned and unflappable EA, responsible for supporting a Regional Managing Partner whilst also providing project management and engagement support to the search team.
The ideal candidate will be a true relationship builder and a confident communicator who can work in close partnership with the search team and other senior leaders’ EAs to realise regional initiatives. This is very much a project based EA role and will require a willingness and ability to research information, create documentation, including presentations, and execute solutions as a project manager.
Previous experience in executive search and supporting at senior level is essential. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast paced, multiple plate spinning role. The firm offers a brilliant company culture, very competitive salary/benefits and hybrid working.
