Super opportunity for an experienced Office Manager who has a solid background in HR (Generalist and CIPD 5 qualified), who loves getting into the nitty gritty of business operations and has a good head for figures. You will be overseeing the day-to-day running of their London operations and they need someone with solid industry HR experience. You will be update to date with current employment legislation and will have the confidence and experience to liaise with the founders. They do a lot of international hires at this company so knowledge on that side would also be useful. They would love an Office Manager who pre-empts issues before they arrive and is happy liaising with their landlord to ensure the office runs smoothly. They also have quite a few events in the calendar which they would need to you manage. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves being at the heart of operations.
