A highly engaged and dynamic HNW family is seeking a proactive, service focused and experienced House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of their fully staffed London residence. This is a live out, hands-on leadership role, responsible for building, managing and motivating a large high-performing household team while maintaining exceptional standards across the property.

Working closely with the principal, who takes an active interest in all aspects of their home, the House Manager will lead a team of approximately 25 staff members and act as a key liaison with the family office. Successful candidates will have proven experience and longevity managing a similar sized team and enjoy providing 7-star service in a highly formal household.
