A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Junior Executive Assistant to join a rapidly growing tech business, working closely with the entrepreneurial CEO and Chief of Staff. This is an amazing opportunity for someone with 2-3 years' EA experience who is looking to accelerate their career in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Supporting the CEO alongside the Chief of Staff, you'll be responsible for managing an ever-changing diary, coordinating extensive international travel, and ensuring everything on the business side runs seamlessly. With the CEO frequently travelling, you'll need to be a proactive self-starter who can think ahead, use your initiative and adapt quickly to changing priorities. There may also be opportunities to travel as part of the role.
We're looking for someone who is sharp, highly organised, full of energy and has exceptional attention to detail. This isn't your typical 9-5, so you'll need to be flexible, hands-on and happy to go the extra mile when needed.
