Our client is a fast-growing organisation within the property space and they are looking to bring on a real go-getter Operations Executive on a temp-to-perm basis. They're looking for someone proactive to make sure every job keeps moving, working alongside the operations team to run the schedule. In order to be considered for this role, you must be available immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning the day and week, coordinating with specialists and operatives across different sites.
- Re-plan and reorganise the schedule quickly when urgent work comes in and priorities change.
- Learn about suppliers, ensure the most reliable, and efficient are utilised.
- Help to onboard new suppliers, building good working relationships.
- Simplify processes, writing up notes and templates the rest of the team can utilise.
- Support with any other ad hoc administration, client related tasks as and where required.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong experience within an operations, office management, executive assistant role with excellent organisation skills.
- Someone who works efficiently under pressure, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Exceptional attention to detail, and clear communication.
- A flexible, patient person, who is naturally energetic and proactive.
