An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Event Executive to join a beautiful, high-end events space in South West London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in luxury retail, hospitality, customer service or events who is confident and genuinely enjoys working with people. You’ll be joining a small, close-knit boutique team and will play a key role in creating exceptional experiences for clients, guests and visitors. This is an immediate start position.
Responsibilities:
- Organising and managing events, exhibitions, and talks from start to finish
- Building strong relationships with clients and visitors and confidently taking conversations further, including discussing requirements and negotiating where appropriate
- Meeting and greeting guests and ensuring they receive a warm and professional welcome
- Being hands‑on during events and getting involved wherever needed to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Providing some out‑of‑hours support for approximately four events per month
- Supporting the wider boutique team across the day‑to‑day running of the venue
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience within a client‑facing role, ideally within luxury retail, hospitality or events
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident and personable with excellent communication skills
- Resilient and calm under pressure
- Comfortable communicating with high‑end clients and guests
- Commercially aware, with the confidence to progress client conversations and negotiate
You’ll be joining a stunning venue, working within a small and friendly boutique team, with the opportunity to build a long‑term career in a fantastic luxury events environment. This is a temp to perm opportunity and salary is dependent on experience.
