A discerning High-Net-Worth family is seeking an exceptional Specialist Butler to provide refined, anticipatory service in their private residence and to prepare for any travel for the principal. This is a highly trusted role for a polished professional who combines traditional butlering standards with modern wardrobe management expertise and a strong willingness to ensure every need is catered for. The successful candidate will be trained and developed in formal service and protocol and is expected to demonstrate absolute discretion, attention to detail and an intuitive understanding of the Principal’s preferences. This is a live out position and requires flexibility, elegance under pressure and a genuine commitment to excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver impeccable, personalised service to the Principal in both formal and informal settings
- Anticipate daily needs, preferences and routines, ensuring seamless support at all times
- Prepare and oversee formal dining service, table settings and hospitality in line with traditional service standards
- Support entertaining and events, liaising closely with household and external staff
- Maintain high standards of presentation throughout private spaces
- Travel when required to pack and unpack for the Principal, providing consistent, high-level personal service
- Prepare residences, hotel suites, yachts or aircraft prior to arrival
- Manage packing, logistics and wardrobe planning for domestic and international travel
- Adapt service delivery seamlessly across multiple environments and cultures
- Undertake formal butler training and service refinement as directed by the family
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of etiquette, protocol and luxury service standards
- Continually refine skills in anticipation, discretion and personal service excellence
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
- Previous experience as a Butler essential in a UHNW household environment
- Strong interest in formal service, etiquette and traditional butlering standards
- Proven experience in wardrobe management and personal presentation support
- Comfortable travelling extensively and working flexibly, including irregular hours
