Our client is a global investment firm, who are looking to expand their Reception and Administration team, an integral part of their family office. This is a client facing role, in which you will act as an ambassador for the firm, as well as providing seamless support to the wider team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, well-respected firm in Central London.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing reception, answering the telephones and transferring calls
  • Meeting and greeting guests, ensuring all visitors have followed correct security procedures
  • Office diary management, including booking meeting rooms and adding events to the office calendar
  • Organising events, e.g. festive and summer parties, networking events, and on-site lunches
  • Booking travel and creating itineraries for corporate trips
  • Purchasing and creating branded items for the firm

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong academics, degree educated
  • Strong administration and IT skills, including all MS Office applications
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask with accuracy
  • A friendly, enthusiastic, professional manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Calm, discreet, and confident
