The opportunity to join Attest as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). You will partner with a variety of consumer brands placing consumer insight at the heart of their strategy. You will be part of the team that helps build the brands you love. We embrace a flexible hybrid work model, with on-site work in our London office on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. This approach allows collaboration in person while ensuring time remotely for deep, focused work. The role attracts a basic salary of £38,000 to £43,000 plus commission.
Responsibilities- Proactively prospect into core verticals (financial services, food & beverage and media & entertainment) as well as secondary verticals (life sciences, big tech, and other opportunities), adapting your approach as required.
- Nurture relationships with prospects via multi-channel outreach (phone, email, video, LinkedIn) to engage them in conversation with Attest.
- Think outside the box and demonstrate resilience when overcoming objections; show a proven track record of turning nos into yeses.
- Carry out initial qualification to identify prospect pain points and challenges while aligning the Attest solution and benefits.
- Communicate various value propositions of the Attest platform to multiple stakeholders through account-based selling.
- Become a trusted advisor, educating and advising prospects on how the Attest platform can help them.
- Track your performance, seek help when needed, and meet multiple metrics.
- Be part of a growing and evolving sales team, with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement of outputs and the sales operation.
- Work closely with the commercial team (Account Execs, Sales Leaders, Marketing and Customer Success) to ensure Attest remains the premier consumer insights platform.
- Make a significant contribution to commercial success with training and development to support your career.

- You have experience in sales or roles involving prospecting (e.g., fundraising or recruitment).
- You are a confident, thoughtful communicator to individuals at all levels, adaptable in style to different audiences and contexts.
- You are curious and rigorous in your thinking, asking thoughtful questions and developing solutions from insight and knowledge.
- You are coachable, open to feedback, and continuously developing.
- You review your own performance, track metrics to identify what good looks like and what needs optimizing, and experiment with prospecting strategies to uplift performance.
