Requirements:

  • 0-1 experience with a track record of taking products from concept to customer, with proven revenue. Ideally, you’ve done this in an early-stage startup or a dedicated new venture unit within a larger business.
  • You have a strong commercial instinct and think like a business owner. You understand go-to-market dynamics, buyer psychology, and how to build products that sell, not just products that work.
  • You have hands-on experience building and shipping products that leverage AI. You understand the technical constraints and the unique UX of AI.
  • You thrive in ambiguity and don't need a perfect brief, possessing the ability to distill chaos into a structured roadmap that keeps your team focused on the highest-leverage tasks.
  • You are a highly skilled influencer who can navigate complex internal landscapes, building trust quickly with everyone from Engineering to Commercial leadership and acting as the voice of the product in any room.
  • (Desirable) Deep immersion in the LLM and Generative AI ecosystem over the last 1-2 years, bringing an AI-native perspective to product development.
  • (Desirable) Experience acting as a "product founder" for a new business line, providing a unique perspective on the resilience and strategy required to scale a new venture.
  • (Desirable) Experience in consumer insights, research technology, or adjacent data-driven categories.
  • (Desirable) Experience building model-driven products and monetising data moats, with the analytical depth to identify product opportunities within complex datasets and partner effectively with data scientists on high-stakes modelling.

What the job involves:

  • We are in a period of significant product and commercial transformation, and we’re looking for a New Ventures Principal Product Manager to drive our most ambitious "0-1" initiatives.
  • This is a high-stakes role where you will be responsible for taking raw concepts and turning them into commercially viable, AI-native B2B products.
  • You won't just be managing a backlog; you’ll be acting with a founder mindset. You’ll navigate high levels of uncertainty, lead cross-functional squads through discovery and development, and partner deeply with commercial leaders to ensure what we build actually wins in the market.
  • True 0-1 ownership: This isn't about incremental optimisation. You will own the entire lifecycle of new ventures, from initial discovery and prototyping to first-dollar revenue and GTM scale.
  • AI-native by design: You’ll work at the bleeding edge of B2B AI. We aren't just adding AI features; we are building a differentiated, AI-driven proposition that fundamentally changes how our customers work.
  • High-visibility influence: As a senior leader in a lean team, you will have a direct line to leadership. You’ll be expected to challenge assumptions, influence strategy, and drive the commercial narrative of our product evolution.
  • 0-1 product discovery & development: Lead the 0-1 phase for new ventures and products. You’ll validate high-level concepts with B2B customers, define the MVP, and drive the roadmap through to launch. While you’ll have the autonomy to move fast and operate with a "venture" mindset, success depends on your ability to integrate these new bets into the broader Attest platform. You are the primary driver of product-market fit, ensuring new innovations strengthen the collective Attest value proposition.
  • Commerciality & GTM planning: You own the "business" of the product. Partnering closely with PMM and Sales, you’ll define pricing models, identify target segments, and build the commercial framework that ensures our new ventures are profitable and scalable.
  • Cross-functional leadership & influence: Act as the strategic anchor for Engineering, Design, and Commercial teams. You’ll need to lead through uncertainty, align disparate stakeholders around a vision, and keep the team moving fast without losing sight of the goal.
  • AI implementation & strategy: Deeply integrate AI/ML capabilities into the product. You’ll stay ahead of AI trends to ensure our products solve complex B2B problems in ways that weren't possible two years ago.
  • Hands-on execution: We are a small, fast team. You’ll be writing specs, testing prototypes, analysing data, and doing whatever it takes to unblock your squad. If you need a layer of project managers to get things done, this isn't the right fit.
