This role exists to build Attest’s AI‑native pipeline generation capability.

At Attest, we’re revolutionising how global brands like Unilever, Netflix, and Bloomberg turn consumer insights into competitive advantage, and we believe the way we generate pipeline should be just as forward‑thinking as the product we’re selling.

We’re looking for a Demand Generation Manager to join our Growth team and own this from day one.

Outbound pipeline generation is being rebuilt around AI‑native tooling, and we want someone who sees that as the opportunity, not the risk.

You’ll be the person who figures out how AI outbound tooling can become a real, scalable channel for Attest, not just a sequence tool, but a system that reaches the right accounts with the right message at the right moment across every stage of the funnel.

You’ll combine strong messaging instincts with a systems mindset, building the infrastructure, iterating on the copy, and working closely with Growth and Sales to turn output into pipeline.

The Logistics

The base salary range for this role is £55,000 to £65,000.

We embrace a flexible hybrid work model.

While we don’t mandate specific office days, we ask full‑time Attesters to work on‑site 2 or 3 days per week.

This allows us to collaborate in person, while ensuring enough time remotely for deep, focused work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Messaging and Copy That Converts
  • You’ll become an expert in our domain and use your skillset and experience to write and test outbound messaging across every stage of the funnel, from cold top‑of‑funnel awareness through to re‑engagement and expansion plays
  • Develop a library of ICP‑specific messaging variants, grounded in Attest’s value proposition and the specific pain points of each audience segment
  • Use signals including intent data, behavioural triggers, and firmographic changes to make outreach feel relevant rather than automated
  • Run structured A/B tests on subject lines, hooks, CTAs, and sequence structure, and feed learnings back into the system
  • Full‑Funnel Outbound Coverage
  • Map and activate the funnel stages where AI‑driven outreach can add the most value: net‑new pipeline, deal nurture, stalled deals, expansion signals, and lapsed customers
  • Work with the Head of Growth Marketing to align AI outbound with paid, content, and lifecycle channels so that outreach feels like part of a joined‑up experience, not a parallel track
  • Partner with Sales on handoff quality, making sure meetings booked through AI outbound are well‑qualified and arrive in the right context
  • Test, Learn and Scale
  • Treat every campaign as an experiment: define the hypothesis, measure the right things, and document what you learn
  • Stay close to what’s changing in AI outbound tooling and bring a point of view on where the stack should evolve
  • Build playbooks that can be handed over, scaled, and potentially extended to other teams or markets in the future.
  • Build the AI Pipeline Engine
  • Own the design, build, and iteration of Attest’s AI‑powered outbound system, expanding to new tools and channels as the capability matures
  • Define the infrastructure: ICP profiling and data sources, signal sources, sequencing logic, and how the system connects to Salesforce and the broader GTM stack
  • Create a repeatable operating model for AI‑driven outreach that can be scaled and improved without depending on manual effort or headcount
  • Work with Revenue Operations to ensure pipeline sourced through this channel is accurately tracked, attributed, and reported
  • Key Requirements
  • 2 to 5 years in a growth, demand generation, or marketing operations role at a B2B Saa S company
  • Proven ability to write compelling outbound copy: you understand what gets opened, what gets replied to, and why
  • Hands‑on experience with AI outbound or sales automation tooling and a clear view on how these tools should be used well
  • A systems mindset: you think in processes, not one‑off campaigns, and you’re energised by building infrastructure others will use
  • Comfort working with intent data and account signals to prioritise outreach and personalise at scale
  • Experience connecting outbound tooling to Salesforce or Hub Spot, with an understanding of how pipeline attribution works
  • Ability to balance speed with rigour: you can move fast, but you measure what matters and iterate based on evidence
  • Strong cross‑functional instincts: comfortable working alongside Sales, Rev Ops, and Growth without needing heavy process to get things done
  • Demonstrated experience of building with AI outbound tooling, not just sequences but designing the system (e. g. prompt logic, data inputs, signal routing) and how it all connects.
  • Proven ability to write effective AI prompts for outbound copy; you can show that you know how to get consistent, on‑brand outputs and how to iterate prompts based on what’s performing and what isn’t.
  • Demonstrated contribution to evaluating and selecting tools in the outbound space, and ability to offer a view on what tradeoffs matter for a B2B motion.
  • Experience using intent data and account signals to decide who to reach out to, when and why; building the logic that connects signal and sequence.
  • What Makes This Role Unique
  • Own something genuinely new: There is a baseline playbook but you’ll have real autonomy to optimise, build and scale this new demand gen channel for Attest.
  • AI‑native from day one: You’ll be working with tooling that is changing the economics of pipeline generation, not retrofitting AI onto old processes.
  • A short path from execution to impact: The pipeline this role generates feeds directly into Attest’s commercial targets. The work is visible and the results are measurable.
  • A strong platform to build on: You’ll have access to real ICP data, a clear value proposition, and tight alignment with Sales and Rev Ops from the start.
  • Room to grow: As the channel matures, so does the scope. This is a role that grows with the person in it.
  • Our benefits
  • Equity; everyone at Attest owns a piece of what we build together
  • Work from anywhere up to 20 days a year
  • 25 days holiday per year plus additional festive days
  • Private Medical Insurance
  • 1 day per quarter to do charity or community work
  • Family friendly benefits, including enhanced parental leave (18 weeks paid leave for Primary carer), up to 12 weeks paid leave for premature births and neonatal care and paid leave for IVF and fertility treatment and pregnancy loss

We want to give everyone the opportunity to showcase their best selves during the interview process and beyond.

Do let us know if there are any adjustments you’d like to make to ensure it’s more inclusive – we’re learning too, so we’re more than happy to adapt and accommodate where possible.
