In-person and remote working balance
We embrace a flexible hybrid work model. While we don't mandate specific office days, we ask Attesters to work on-site 2 days per week. This approach allows us to collaborate in person, while ensuring enough time remotely for deep, focused work.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner with commercial and adjacent teams to map workflows end-to-end, surfacing friction points, manual loops, and hidden inefficiencies.
- Design, build, and maintain GTM automations using tools such as n8n, Gemini Enterprise, Claude Cowork, or Zapier.
- Own and evolve workflow automation tools and processes, ensuring they’re reliable, scalable, and well-architected.
- Work with Data Engineering to keep our GTM data pipelines healthy – Salesforce, Lightdash, Gong, Pardot.
- Write Python or JavaScript to build the custom integrations, APIs, and scripts that off‑the‑shelf tools can’t cover.
- Partner with our Salesforce Lead to clean up and standardise Salesforce data.
- Embed intelligence into GTM workflows to help teams focus on what matters most.
- Experiment with new AI tools and automation frameworks across the commercial team.
- Document what you build so the team can use, trust, and extend it.
- Work with InfoSec to keep our AI use safe, secure, and aligned with how we protect customer data.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience designing and delivering agentic AI workflows, leveraging agentic platforms and custom MCP-based automations to drive measurable efficiency gains.
- Understanding of complex GTM processes and a background in a SaaS or product‑led growth environment.
- Experience working with workflow automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier) to deploy end‑to‑end AI workflows that automate complex GTM processes.
- Comfort working at pace, iterating, and learning in motion, in circumstances that are ambiguous and ever‑changing.
- Built robust guardrails, data validation steps, and human‑in‑the‑loop mechanisms while maintaining scalable, testable prompt architectures and lightweight Python/JS tooling.
- Demonstrated strong communication, translating complex AI concepts into clear narratives that influence stakeholders at all levels, regardless of their technical fluency.
- Experience in creating clarity through strong documentation practices, ensuring internal wikis support alignment, autonomy, and effective collaboration.
- Data‑first mindset, confident navigating SQL and BI tools (Lightdash, Looker, dbt) and working with APIs, webhooks, and at least one scripting language (Python or JavaScript).
Our Benefits

- Work from anywhere up to 20 days a year.
