Senior Frontend Engineer

The opportunity

The opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a Frontend Engineer to join Attest and help us build the future of the Attest product. You\\\’ll be at the heart of building exciting new features ranging from research methodology to the cutting edge of Conversational AI and will help maintain and raise our standards. You\\\’ll be working in a cross-functional squad, with Product, Design and Data Science on a modern tech stack, including: VueJS 3, Typescript, and OpenAPI. Our cross-functional teams collaborate with stakeholders across the business to help deliver value to our customers.

Salary

We are able to offer between £85-105K depending on experience.

In person and remote working balance

We embrace a flexible hybrid work model. While we don\\\’t mandate specific office days, we encourage Attesters to work on-site 1-2 days per week, typically Tuesdays and Thursdays within Engineering and Product. This approach allows us to collaborate in person, while ensuring enough time remotely for deep, focused work. Learn more about our hybrid working philosophy.

What you\\\’ll be doing

• As a Frontend Engineer, you will work within a squad owning, leading and collaborating with the whole team to identify and create best-in-class products, and find the right and efficient path to value.
• Improve engineering efficiency by looking at patterns, tooling, CI and processes.
• Participate in planning, stand-ups and retrospectives; everyone in Engineering and Product gets the opportunity to run our weekly rituals.
• Coach and collaborate with other engineers alongside regular work
• Design and implement a highly efficient architecture that scales for our data and user demand.
• Explore innovative ways to solve problems and become an expert in complex systems.
• Continuously deliver features utilising feature flags and internal dog fooding. Be comfortable with ambiguity, and push for code quality while balancing pace vs perfection.
• Play an active part in our frontend chapter.
