The Role
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to build and run our digital strategy from the ground up. You'll own the channels, the content and the metrics that drive awareness and conversion, working closely with the CCO to turn commercial goals into measurable digital outcomes: SEO, paid campaigns, CRM automation and content marketing. This is a build role. There is no existing marketing function to inherit, so the first few months will be as much about setting foundations as running campaigns.
What You'll Be Doing
- Digital strategy ownership: Build and execute a cohesive digital marketing plan across web, social, email and paid media.
- SEO and website management: Optimise site performance, lead keyword research and manage on-page improvements.
- Content and storytelling: Turn technical insight and founder expertise into thought leadership, case studies and social content.
- Campaign design and analytics: Plan and run account-based campaigns, track KPIs and optimise performance.
- Freelancer and agency management: Brief and manage freelancers and agencies, holding them to brand consistency and delivery standards.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience running digital marketing channels end to end: social, email, CRM and website.
- Strong grasp of B2B marketing within tech, consultancy or professional services.
- A confident writer who can turn complex ideas into clear, engaging copy.
- An analytical mindset, comfortable with dashboards, metrics and optimisation.
- Experience with Pipedrive or a similar CRM is a plus.
- An existing network of freelancers or small agencies you can bring in as we scale.
