The Attentive partnerships team is seeking a strategic hire in Partnerships in the EMEA market, after experiencing significant growth within our organization and department in the United States. We are seeking a highly motivated, well‑connected, and versatile partnership manager, who will be solely focused on building strategic alliances with the best agency, technology and consulting partners in the industry - and exciting those partners on the possibilities of text message marketing for their customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing technology, specifically within CRM, marketing automation, or broader DTC messaging space, and have experience working across both agencies and technology organizations. Attentive’s partner ecosystem is a significant part of Attentive’s success and growth strategy, and we expect to continue to carry the success into the EMEA market.

What You’ll Accomplish

  • Maintain a deep understanding of Attentive’s solution and be able to articulate its value to partners and their customers
  • Build and manage a tactical plan with a specific portfolio of partners
  • Own relationships at all levels of partner organizations with the goal of driving as much qualified business as possible into Attentive’s sales pipeline
  • Proactively source and support co‑selling opportunities with partners
  • Provide agency partners with ongoing sales and product enablement training
  • Work with corresponding Sales team members assigned to partner sourced opportunities to ensure seamless co‑selling and accurate tracking
  • Identify and develop joint “go‑to‑market” strategies and lead generation opportunities
  • Work with Marketing team to support these GTM opportunities
  • Network at local/virtual partner events

Your Expertise

  • 3+ years in partnerships, business development, or sales within the DTC marketing technology, eCommerce technology, or CRM technology
  • Strong business acumen and a track record of carrying and exceeding quota
  • Demonstrated ability to be versatile and highly‑organized with acute attention to details
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple workstreams and prioritize competing projects
  • Ability to persuade, inspire and motivate others in both speech and writing
  • Intelligent, persistent, curious and driven to succeed in a career in tech startups
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong skills with Google Docs and Salesforce CRM is a plus
  • Openness to coaching and training
  • Comfortable working from our Shoreditch office 2 days a week
