About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Program or Project Manager to lead a team of Implementation Consultants who will work alongside our Sales and Customer Success leadership teams. This leader will help us evolve our Implementation methodologies into a set of differentiated multi-product offerings for our growing customer base. Using their depth of knowledge about the overall marketing technology ecosystem, this leader will be able to quickly become a master of the Attentive product suite and set an example for how we onboard our biggest customers to date.
What You'll Accomplish
- Act as a player-coach, leading by example in successfully launching & deploying newly sold customers while developing the team’s skills across every phase of onboarding.
- Partner closely with the Sales organization to ensure that deals are scoped, staffed, and launched according to plan.
- Manage and mentor a team of Implementation Consultants responsible for rapidly and successfully launching new customers.
- Serve as a bridge between Sales, Customer Success, and Services leadership.
- Gather and report insights across the customer lifecycle.
- Lead new coaching and enablement initiatives for the Implementation team.
- Collaborate daily with Sales and CS leadership to support the needs of a fast-scaling organization.
Your Expertise
- 3 - 5 years of high-performing experience in implementing ecommerce and/or marketing saas technology.
- 1 - 3 years of experience managing Implementation teams or demonstrated leadership and/or coaching experience.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Sales and CS to refine requirements and deliver intelligent, well architected solutions.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset: self-motivated to work independently on tight timelines to achieve ambitious goals.
- Extremely personable: excited to coach and develop employees internally and work closely with customers externally.
- Incredibly detail oriented and organized.
