As the Director of International Partnerships, you will lead the strategic expansion of Attentive's partner ecosystem across EMEA and APAC. You will be responsible for building and growing complex, high-impact partnerships with both Technology (ISV) and Agency/SI partners to enhance customer value and accelerate revenue growth globally. This role requires a proven ability to navigate executive-level relationships, drive cross-functional alignment, and deliver high-value go-to-market motions that create measurable impact for both Attentive and our partners.

Responsibilities

  • Develop an International Strategy: Lead the development and execution of an international partnership strategy, conducting market sizing and prioritization of partner segments to drive revenue in new geos outside of the Americas.
  • Build an Ecosystem: Identify, proactively engage, and onboard high-caliber Technology and Agency partners that align with our target market and business objectives.
  • Drive Revenue Generation: Implement tactics to drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, ensuring partnerships are a scalable extension of our internal Sales and GTM teams. Specific experience scaling partnerships in the Enterprise market segment is preferred.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Americas Partner team, Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership to align partner feedback with our GTM and product initiatives and develop partner-specific enablement materials.
  • Lead with Impact: Act as an executive point of contact for strategic partners, modeling best practices for partner management and operational excellence.
  • Scale the Function: Build and mentor a high-performing international partnerships team, defining OKRs and fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.

Industry Experience: 15+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or SaaS sales within the Martech or e-commerce landscape.

International Expertise: Proven track record of navigating complex global markets (EMEA/APAC) and scaling partner ecosystems in diverse business environments.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze market data, make data-driven decisions, and manage ambiguous initiatives where the strategy may not yet be defined.

Executive Presence: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels of an organization.

Leadership Qualities: Experience building and leading teams, with a focus on mentorship, coaching, and driving repeatable operational results.

Technical Acumen: Comfortable learning new software and understanding complex integrations between SMS, email, and the broader marketing tech stack.

Hybrid: Comfortable working from our Shoreditch office 2 days a week.
