Role Description
The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role, responsible for driving revenue growth and promoting Attentive Management’s programs and services.
Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing a pipeline of prospective clients, and conducting meeting., he role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, Recruiting others in to the job roles, training, managing and mentoring other staff membersr.
The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with program, marketing, and operations teams to align sales efforts with goals and ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
Qualifications
- Sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Experience in creating and executing sales strategies, setting targets, and tracking performance.
