About Attention Labs
We’re a creative performance agency that helps agencies, coaches, and online businesses grow with strategic YouTube and video content. Our clients don’t just get videos—they get revenue-driving content systems that build authority, generate leads, and scale their business. We’ve worked with everyone from household brands to fast-moving startups. Now we’re ready to scale our reach—and we’re looking for someone to help build the sales engine with us.
The Role:
This isn’t a “plug-and-play” SDR role. We’re looking for someone entrepreneurial—someone who loves figuring things out and wants to co-create a lead generation system that actually works. You’ll be in charge of running outbound (LinkedIn + email), testing angles, booking calls—and helping us build a predictable pipeline over time. You won’t be closing deals, but you’ll be setting up high-quality calls for the founder.
Responsibilities:
- Test and build outbound campaigns from scratch (LinkedIn DMs + email)
- Run daily outreach and engage leads in conversation
- Qualify leads and book calls with agency owners and coaches
- Create mini-systems and outreach SOPs we can build on later
- Track what’s working, what’s not—and iterate fast
Ideal Fit:
- You’ve booked appointments through cold outreach before (email, DMs, or both)
- You think in systems—not just scripts
- You’re scrappy, curious, and not afraid to experiment
- Bonus: experience in B2B, agencies, or content space
- You’re comfortable working async and taking initiative
Compensation:
$1,500 USD/month base
10% commission on every sale (uncapped)
Avg sale = $4.5k
Assuming 4 closes/month = $1.8k commission
Total earnings potential = $3.3k–$5k/month
Why This Role Is Unique:
This isn’t a boiler room. It’s not a giant org with rigid scripts. You’ll work directly with the founder and co-build a system from the ground up. You’ll have freedom to test ideas and make your mark. If we grow, you grow with us—into sales leadership, strategy, or even partnerships.
