We lead YouTube strategy for global brands like PlayStation, elite icons like Chris Bumstead, and other large digital creators. We are looking for a sharp, hybrid thinker to work directly alongside the founder. This role is an exceptional fit for an ambitious freelance writer, a media-savvy generalist, or a talented university student/postgrad (Journalism, Creative Writing, English) who wants a front-row seat to how high-level creator economies and digital agencies actually scale.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Premium Writing (60%) – The Style: We take complex business mechanics, audience retention data, and high-level strategy and turn them into valuable media. This includes articles, newsletters, and YouTube scripts. The Input: The founder supplies the raw talking points, strategy, and frameworks. Your job is to engineer the voice, craft the curiosity gaps, and make the writing hit like a brick.
  • Operational Fulfillment (40%) – The Engine: You will help own the backend mechanics of our content pipeline. Don't worry, we’ll show you what to do and how to do it.

Are You the Right Fit?

  • You are obsessed with voice: You instantly notice the difference between a flat, ghostwritten listicle and a piece of prose that forces you to read the next sentence.
  • You understand the internet: You know who our clients are, you understand the creator landscape, and you find the mechanics of media fascinating.
  • You are execution-focused: You don’t view admin or operational setup as 'beneath' you; you see it as the foundation that allows great creative work to exist.

Location

Local to Warwickshire: You can easily commute to our town centre office in Stratford-upon-Avon at least one day a week for collaborative strategy sessions.
