Job Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen within a highly respected Government department's Change and Transformation directorate. At this important and transformative time for the department, your Technical Assurance experience will play a key role in successfully driving the technology change and strategic objectives.\\n\\nA Technical Assurance Lead is required to provide technical and design assurance across multiple work streams across the department. Working closely with stakeholders to propose, agree, and implement suitable technical solutions, you will provide strategic advice and guidance on complex technical matters, whilst providing oversight to key transformation projects.
\\n\\nWorking as the Technical Assurance SME, key responsibilities of the role include:\\n\\nProviding strategic technical advice, guidance and assurance services across a wide range of activities, projects and programmes.\\nEnsuring the digital change programme aligns all Technology change activity with the architecture principles and strategic objectives.\\nResponsibility for technical assurance for all Change Control processes\\nAdvisory on the technical delivery of changes to systems, assuring that solutions are aligned with the solution definition and provide the necessary quality\\nAssuring and managing the delivery of relevant artefacts, e.g. change impact assessments, solution proposals, HLD's LLD's, logical data models and interface specifications.\\nProviding technical input into the formulation of the longer-term technology/digital strategic aims\\nAccountability for making technical decisions on complex technical matters where required.Relevant qualifications, knowledge and experience: \\n\\n5+ years' experience in a Technical Assurance Lead role.\\nExperience with Microsoft stack (Office 365, Azure, Dynamics 365 CRM, SharePoint).\\nExperience with cloud-based solutions (SaaS, PaaS).\\nLiaise with stakeholders to translate business requirements.\\nUnderstanding of current technology trends and products.\\nUnderstanding of infrastructure, communications, and security technologies.\\nExperience with cyber solutions to mitigate risk.\\nExperience with Microsoft technology stack (Windows, SQL Server, Active Directory, BizTalk, Exchange).Desirable\\n\\nExperience with IaaS services and virtualisation.\\nExperience with architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).\\nExperience with ITIL methods and service management models.\\nRelevant qualifications or certifications.Security Clearance\\n\\nThis role is subject to Security Clearance (SC), candidates who are SC clearable will be considered.\\n\\nAttenti Consulting is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
