Attensi is seeking an energetic and motivated Business Development Director for its growth initiatives in the UK and European markets.

Qualifications

  • BSc degree or higher
  • Experience establishing relationships with CxOs and Directors of large organisations
  • Previous experience with business development and sales, ideally to enterprise clients
  • Proven ability to build strong and trusting relationships with prospects and clients to become a trusted partner
  • At least 5+ years’ work experience

Responsibilities

  • Identify ideal customers and actively pursue conversations and meetings with key decision makers using the Attensi playbook
  • Prospect, generate leads, and increase awareness and knowledge about Attensi in the professional services space through industry events, exhibitions, and webinars
  • Map and specify organisational challenges, training and development needs together with prospective customers
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to provide operational support and explore upsell opportunities
  • Work with the broader commercial team to develop best practices and contribute to the organization’s growth
