What the job involves

We’re looking for an Inbound Sales Development Representative to join our growing commercial team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for engaging with inbound leads who have already expressed interest in Attensi, ensuring a high-quality first interaction, following up with unresponsive leads and helping convert that interest into meaningful sales conversations. This role sits within our core Revenue Operations function — the beating heart of our commercial organisation — bridging the gap between Sales and Marketing to ensure a seamless and effective customer journey.

You’ll play a critical part in the early stages of the customer journey — understanding potential clients’ needs, qualifying opportunities, and connecting them with the right people in our Business Development team. This role offers a strong foundation for a career in a high-growth SaaS business, giving you transferable commercial, customer and communication skills that can open pathways across multiple teams here at Attensi.

Your working day will typically consist of a variety of tasks related to following up on inbound leads and business opportunities for Attensi in the UK, Europe and the US.   • Engage with inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, website enquiries, and events
  • Quickly respond with calls and emails to new enquiries and ensure a seamless first experience with Attensi
  • Qualify leads by understanding their organisation, challenges, and objectives
  • Book high-quality discovery meetings for Business Development Directors
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead progression in CRM systems
  • Support nurturing of early-stage opportunities to keep prospects engaged
  • Work closely with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance
  • Collaborate with the wider sales team to optimise conversion from inbound enquiry to qualified pipeline
  • Work with Revenue Operations to further improve our approach to lead management and adopt advanced AI into workflows
  • Engage with inbound opportunities across global markets, including the US, which may require flexible working hours or shift patterns to support different time zones
