Attensi is a gamified simulation training company based in London. We are seeking a Business Development Director to focus on the Pharmaceutical sector.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying ideal customers, and actively pursuing conversations and meetings with key decision makers in those companies, leveraging our proven playbook the ‘Attensi way of Selling’.
- Prospecting, generating leads and increasing awareness and knowledge about Attensi in the professional services space through attending industry events and exhibitions, hosting webinars etc.
- Mapping and specifying organisational challenges, training and development needs together with prospective customers.
- Working closely with our Customer Success team who provide operational support for our customers as well as work with them to explore upsell opportunities.
- Work closely with the broader Attensi commercial team and overall organisation to develop best practices and grow the organisation.
Qualifications:
- BSc degree or higher.
- Client‑facing Pharmaceutical / medical devices experience, either through new business sales, account management, account direction, or strategic roles within those organisations, e.g. Product Manager.
- Experience building strong and trusting relationships with prospects and clients alike to become a trusted partner at both a professional and personal level.
- At least 5+ years' work experience.
- Experience in establishing relationships with CxOs and Directors of large corporations.
- Experience managing, growing or developing relationships with large Pharmaceutical or Medical Devices clients, whether through new logo acquisition, account growth, or long‑term strategic partnerships.
