We are particularly excited by people who are coming from, or have sold into, Consumer Goods companies, who can empathize with our prospects’ learning goals and who can credibly and comfortably craft bespoke and tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Experience working with or selling into FMCG, food and beverage, beauty, personal care, household goods, apparel, electronics or other large consumer brands would be highly relevant.
BSc degree or higher.
Experience in establishing relationships with CxOs and Directors of large organisations.
Previous experience with business development and sales ideally to Enterprise clients.
Experience building strong and trusting relationships with prospects and clients alike to become a trusted partner at both a professional and personal level.
At least 5+ years' work experience.
Client facing Consumer Goods sales background would be desirable.
To support and expand on our international growth, we are currently seeking an energetic and motivated Business Development Director to focus on building our Consumer Goods sector. This is a key role in our growth and is reflected in both the remuneration and opportunities for growth outlined below.
We are looking for someone smart, analytical, commercial, and curious who is comfortable taking an insight-driven approach to generating leads, converting them to meetings and communicating Attensi’s unique value proposition to land and develop new client relationships.
Attensi’s products delight existing and prospective customers easily and when we have conversations with the right prospects, we have enviably high closing rates.
Our sales processes are moved forward through close collaboration with the customer so that we create value propositions and solutions that address their specific needs and pain points.
For a person who enjoys the art of business development through consultative selling and collaboration with large corporations this is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing company, backed by strong investors and with solutions that make a real, measurable impact.
Success in this role will depend on the ability to identify the right prospective clients, initiate conversations and conduct meetings with CxOs and director-level prospects.
The role will be based in London and focus on the UK and European markets, but international work will likely form part of the job as we continue our international expansion.
The very first thing you will do once you join Attensi is to get to know our products, values and way of operating. We want you to get under the skin of our business and truly understand the value we provide our customers, so that you can represent us externally with genuine excitement and confidence.
Identifying ideal customers, and actively pursuing conversations and meetings with key decision makers in those companies, leveraging our proven playbook the ‘Attensi way of Selling’.
Prospecting, generating leads and increasing awareness and knowledge about Attensi in the professional services space through attending industry events and exhibitions, hosting webinars etc.
Mapping and specifying organisational challenges, training and development needs together with prospective customers.
Working closely with our Customer Success team who provide operational support for our customers as well as work with them to explore upsell opportunities.
Work closely with the broader Attensi commercial team and overall organisation to develop best practices and grow the organisation.
