Qualifications
- BSc degree or higher.
- At least 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, ideally with enterprise clients.
- Experience establishing relationships with CxOs and Directors of large organisations.
- Proven experience in building strong and trusting relationships with prospects and clients, becoming a trusted partner.
- Client‑facing sales background in Consumer Goods (FMCG, food & beverage, beauty, personal care, household goods, apparel, electronics) is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Identify ideal customers and actively pursue conversations and meetings with key decision makers in those companies, using Attensi’s playbook.
- Prospect, generate leads and increase awareness of Attensi’s solutions through industry events, exhibitions and webinars.
- Map and specify organisational challenges, training and development needs together with prospective customers.
- Work closely with the Customer Success team to provide operational support for customers and explore upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with the broader commercial team and organisation to develop best practices and grow the business.
