As part of delivering on our ambitious growth journey, we are now seeking a commercially minded and driven Bid Manager to join our Hospitality & Retail team. This brand‑new role supports the continued growth of the vertical and helps identify, qualify and convert tender opportunities across the Hospitality & Retail sector.

Key responsibilities:
  • Working closely with the broader Hospitality & Retail commercial team, this person supports our go‑to‑market strategy for ENGAGE, one of Attensi’s core products for the sector.
  • The role focuses on sourcing relevant tender opportunities, managing high‑quality bid and proposal responses, and positioning Attensi’s value proposition to leading brands in hospitality, leisure and retail.
  • Identifying, tracking and qualifying relevant tender opportunities across the Hospitality & Retail sector, with a particular focus on opportunities suited to Attensi ENGAGE.
  • Working closely with the Hospitality & Retail commercial team to support the growth of ENGAGE as a central part of the sector go‑to‑market strategy.
  • Leading and coordinating high‑quality tender responses, proposals, RFPs and commercial submissions.
