Attensi, a global leader in gamified simulation training, is looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Director to build our Financial and Professional Services sector across the UK and Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Identify ideal customers and actively pursue conversations and meetings with key decision makers using our proven playbook.
  • Prospect, generate leads and increase awareness of Attensi in the professional services space through industry events, exhibitions, webinars, etc.
  • Map and specify organisational challenges, training and development needs with prospective customers.
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to support customers and explore upsell opportunities.
  • Work with the broader Attensi commercial team and organisation to develop best practices and drive growth.

Qualifications

  • BSc degree or higher.
  • Experience establishing relationships with CxOs and Directors of large organisations.
  • Previous business development and sales experience, ideally with enterprise clients.
  • Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with prospects and clients at professional and personal levels.
  • At least 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Client‑facing experience in Financial Services and/or Professional Services sales is desirable.
