Since 2012, we’ve gone global, and today our solutions are used by some of the world’s biggest brands in 150+ countries and 50+ languages. We combine gamification, realistic interactive scenarios, and decision-driven dialogues – all powered by our own game AI – to create immersive, hands-on learning experiences.
We work with some of the world’s largest brands in energy, retail, hospitality, pharma, professional services, and more. To support and expand on our international growth, we are currently seeking an energetic and motivated Business Development Director to focus on building our Consumer Goods sector.
This is a key role in our growth, reflected in both the remuneration and opportunities for growth outlined below. We are looking for someone smart, analytical, commercial, and curious who is comfortable taking an insight-driven approach to generating leads, converting them to meetings, and communicating Attensi’s unique value proposition to land and develop new client relationships.
Success in this role will depend on the ability to identify the right prospective clients, initiate conversations and conduct meetings with CxOs and director-level prospects. The role will be based in London and focus on the UK and European markets, but international work will likely form part of the job as we continue our international expansion.
You will have:
- BSc degree or higher
- Experience in establishing relationships with CxOs and Directors of large organisations
- Previous experience with business development and sales ideally to Enterprise clients
- Experience building strong and trusting relationships with prospects and clients alike
- At least 5+ years' work experience
- Client-facing Consumer Goods sales background would be desirable
Your role will include:
- Identifying ideal customers, and actively pursuing conversations and meetings with key decision makers in those companies
- Prospecting, generating leads and increasing awareness and knowledge about Attensi in the professional services space
- Mapping and specifying organisational challenges, training and development needs together with prospective customers
- Working closely with our Customer Success team who provide operational support for our customers
- Work closely with the broader Attensi commercial team and overall organisation to develop best practices
