About School Synergy & Attend
School Synergy is an education technology company working with schools to improve systems, processes and outcomes. Our attendance improvement platform, Attend, helps schools strengthen attendance practice through live data, communication, automation and structured intervention workflows. We work closely with schools throughout onboarding and implementation, helping them move from initial setup to confident, embedded use of Attend within their day-to-day attendance practice.
The Role
This is a relationship-led role combining school onboarding, implementation coordination, customer support and ongoing school success. You will become a key point of contact for schools, helping them prepare for implementation, keeping onboarding activity moving and making sure they receive the right support at the right time. This is not a sales role. The focus is on building strong relationships with schools and helping them successfully implement and use Attend.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate schools through onboarding and implementation
- Host short onboarding, kickoff and check-in meetings
- Support initial system setup, user access, SSO and data connection activity
- Prepare schools for workshops and monitor onboarding progress
- Identify concerns, delays or disengagement and coordinate additional support
- Provide first-line support by phone and email
- Help schools with day-to-day system and workflow queries
- Monitor engagement and support schools as Attend becomes embedded
- Coordinate reviews, renewals and ongoing account administration
- Work closely with our specialist Facilitators and wider Attend team
About you
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, confident and comfortable building relationships with school staff
- Highly organised and able to manage several schools and priorities at once
- Proactive, dependable and good at keeping processes moving
- Confident using technology and learning new systems
- Comfortable with data and logical processes
- Clear and professional by phone, email and video meeting
- Calm and supportive when customers need additional help
Experience within schools, attendance, education support, customer onboarding, customer success or education technology would be extremely valuable. Knowledge of school systems such as SIMS, Arbor or Bromcom would be useful.
Location: Preston, hybrid working
Salary: £26,000–£30,000 depending on experience
