Do you have experience in servicing and maintaining door entry, access control and CCTV Systems? Attega Group is currently partnering exclusively with our client in recruiting a Security Engineer to join the Team. The main purpose of this role is to carry out Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on door entry, access control and CCTV systems. This is a full-time, permanent role. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 08.00am to 16:30pm.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on door entry, access control and CCTV systems
- Attending and resolving reactive fault calls
- Small works installations
- Supporting the team with site surveys and quotations
- Providing excellent customer service and communication at all times
- Participating in the London callout rota (1 in 4 weeks)
The ideal candidate:
- Previous experience in the Security industry
- Strong fault-finding skills (essential)
- Knowledge of systems such as Entrotec, Paxton, Came, KMS, Bell, Label, Pac, Dahua, Hikvision, Axis (desirable)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good IT skills (Outlook, Excel, use of engineering apps preferred)
