- Receive and log reactive jobs accurately.
- Identify urgency, risks and required engineer skills/equipment.
- Allocate jobs to the correct engineer based on location, skills and availability.
- Prioritise urgent works and manage real-time scheduling changes.
- Issue clear job instructions to engineers.
- Provide clients with ETAs and updates.
- Handle queries professionally.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Qualifications:
