Project Administrator £25,000 – £30,000 Chandlers Ford Full time, Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm (4.30pm on a Friday) Do you have previous experience within a financial, logistics or operation role Are you looking to join an ambitious professional company? As we continue to expand, we’re looking for motivated people to join us and help support our success across all areas of the business. This is a full-time role Monday– Friday Purpose of the Role: To provide administrative support to the Project Department to successfully and efficiently deliver installation projects in hospitals, laboratories and research facilities, within budget and timeframe. Reporting to Project Department Manager, your responsibilities will be: Liaising with Haulage company to send and receive consignments and arrange storage if required Invoicing clients in accordance with terms of project Raising sales and purchase orders ensuring accuracy against costs tracker Placing orders for parts/services required Booking of Travel/Subsistence for engineers Creation and administration of jobs and assets Raising warranty claims and non-conformities with suppliers Checking and submission of engineer timesheets Track all financial costs and invoices to provide live financial reports to management The ideal candidate: MS Office Purchasing software – Preferably Sage 200 Previous experience within a financial, logistics or operation role An understanding of financial operations Ability to organise own workload, by prioritising and managing multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive and organised approach Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of team For more information on our Project Administrator role please contact Amy in the Attega Group offices today
