Project Administrator\\n\\n£25,000 – £30,000\\n\\nChandlers Ford\\n\\nFull time, Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm (4.30pm on a Friday)\\n\\nDo you have previous experience within a financial, logistics or operation role\\n\\nAre you looking to join an ambitious professional company?\\n\\nTS Group is a growing group of businesses with a strong presence in the UK and the GCC. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for motivated people to join us and help support our success across all areas of the business.\\n\\nThis is a full-time role Monday– Friday \\n\\nPurpose of the Role:\\n\\nTo provide administrative support to the Project Department to successfully and efficiently deliver installation projects in hospitals, laboratories and research facilities, within budget and timeframe.\\n\\nReporting to Project Department Manager, your responsibilities will be:\\n\\nLiaising with Haulage company to send and receive consignments and arrange storage if required\\nInvoicing clients in accordance with terms of project\\nRaising sales and purchase orders ensuring accuracy against costs tracker\\nPlacing orders for parts/services required\\nBooking of Travel/Subsistence for engineers\\nCreation and administration of jobs and assets\\nRaising warranty claims and non-conformities with suppliers\\nChecking and submission of engineer timesheets\\nTrack all financial costs and invoices to provide live financial reports to management\\nThe ideal candidate:\\n\\nMS Office\\nPurchasing software – Preferably Sage 200\\nPrevious experience within a financial, logistics or operation role\\nAn understanding of financial operations\\nAbility to organise own workload, by prioritising and managing multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment\\nExcellent problem-solving skills and a proactive and organised approach\\nAbility to work on own initiative as well as part of team\\nFor more information on our Project Administrator role please contact Amy in the Attega Group offices today
