Planning Coordinator £35,000 - £40,000 P/A St Ives, Cambridgeshire Full time | Permanent | 37.5 hours per week Do you have experience as a Planner working with temporary structures, event structures, or infrastructure construction projects. Have you got a full driving license and valid passport? Attega Group is working on behalf of our client as their preferred recruitment provider. We are currently recruiting for a Planning Coordinator to join their team. The main purpose of this Planning Coordinator role is to work cross-departmentally to plan resources, equipment, and delivery of each project. In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £40,000 P/A, depending on experience. Company benefits also include: * 25 days holiday + bank holidays, * Health cash plan, * Pension contributions, plus more! This role is full-time and permanent. The hours of work will be 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday. This role will involve UK-wide travel which could also include European travel on occasion. Reporting to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include: * Assist in the planning of allocated projects, * Hold preliminary discussions with the construction manager on all assigned projects, * Book equipment necessary for the completion of your projects, * Liaise with various teams to ensure site-to-site stock movements and availability, * Monitor costs associated with your assigned projects, * Monitor projects to ensure a smooth and safe delivery, within budgetary control. The ideal candidate: * Must have experience working with temporary structures, event structures, or infrastructure construction projects. * Will need to have the ability to read and understand technical drawings, * Strong logistics and warehouse processes would be a benefit also. * Must be happy with UK-wide travel and some European trips / hold a full UK driving license and valid passport.
