Do you have previous experience supporting quality activities within a manufacturing environment? Have you got some experience working with calibration control?

Attega Group is working on behalf of our client as their in-house recruitment provider. We are currently recruiting for a Quality Coordinator to join their team. The main purpose of this Quality Coordinator role is to support daily with quality activities, including calibration control, internal audits, and quality issues. In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £30,000 P/A, depending on experience. Company benefits also include:

This role is full-time and permanent. The hours of work will be 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Reporting to the Quality and Compliance Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the calibration process, ensuring equipment records and certificates are kept up to date across the business.
  • Coordinate calibration repairs, approve quotations and invoices, and keep all related documentation accurate.
  • Investigate quality issues, identify the root cause, and work with colleagues and suppliers to put solutions in place.
  • Support manufacturing quality by helping resolve production issues and keeping quality documentation up to date.
  • Carry out internal audits across facilities, products, and processes, with occasional travel to sites in Scotland and Manchester.

The ideal candidate:

  • Must have previous quality coordination experience from a manufacturing environment.
  • Will ideally be familiar with the auditing process from a manufacturing environment.
  • Must have excellent communication skills and great attention to detail.
  • Will need to be prepared to travel to Havant one day per week and other company sites as required during audits.
